Every order is meticulously packed with purpose and intention to guarantee that your items arrive securely and undamaged. Each order is assembled with thoughtfullness in my studio located in the South Island.
Orders are sent via New Zealand Post. All orders will include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been prepared.
Kindly allow 1–3 working days for your order to be packed and collected by the courier. After your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking details via email.
Invoices will not be included in the parcels. Order confirmation and purchase receipts will be forwarded to you via email.

Rural delivery addresses are subject to additional courier fees due to courier rates. If your address falls under rural classification, please choose the correct shipping option at checkout to facilitate smooth delivery.
