Being based in Tasman, New Zealand, we offer Shipping via Overnight Courier to any South Island Address and 2-day Courier for North Island addresses. Prior to checkout and when completing your shipping address, please complete the field to confirm if your is a rural address. 

All orders above $99 receive FREE SHIPPING Nationwide!

Returns/Exchange

You can exchange any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused in its original condition with its original packaging (with the exception of jewellery for hygiene purposes), though the shipping for return will be at your expense. Just email us to let us know and we can arrange for the item to be picked up and returned by us

Damaged Items

We’ll arrange for compensation or a replacement to be sent should there be any damage to the items on delivery, just email us photos of the damaged items and we can organise the rest!
